I'm running the XTP's in my Howa as subsonics....

I'm running the XTP's in my Howa as subsonics. They feed from the mag andshoot prettywell. I took a nice blacktail buck with them this hunting season!

I have been using Hornady 90 gr XTP with good...

I have been using Hornady 90 gr XTP with good luck subsonic. They shoot well with IMR 4759 at around 9.5gr and with 4.5 of Trailboss. I killed a nice forked horn Blacktail with a heart/lung shot...

Thanks for the heads up I will look for the powder. The 4759 shows some promise It functions my semi aouto just fine with a 150gr bullet but I am really hoping for a better load for the 90gr...

I run a 16" barrel with a pistol position gas port drilled to .116" It runs great with subs and full speed loads!:grin:
