2800 fps using Remington Accelerators at 47000 psi, Accurate #9, 16" AAC Rem 700 barrel. They should work with AR-15 too but I haven't tried it. Those are 55 grain .224 bullets in .308 polycarbonate sabots. DON'T SHOOT THEM THROUGH A MUZZLE BRAKE OR SUPPRESSOR!
I was just playing around to see what they'd do. I see no use for them or for any supersonic 300wtf loads for that matter. For supersonic 30 caliber ARs I have an LR-308 and an LR-30S. The 30 Rem AR and 7.62x39 seem to me to be better choices than any 300wtf for a supersonic 30 cal AR-15 but I don't own either. The ballistic characteristics (wind deflection and retained energy) of low supersonic light 30 cal bullets are poor compared to similar weight bullets for the 6.8 SPC and 6.5 Grendel.
