So I wanna do another 300 whisper, only different.

I've got a .300-221 fireball contender that is intended to only be shot supersonic, 12" twist barrel I believe. I've used it for medium sized game with 130 grain bullets SSP Hornady bullets without issue. It just works, very little drama involved, low recoil, low noise, etc.

now then, I want to build (have built) a suppressed 300 whisper rifle. What I need from you folks is some advice on the suppressors, and any other pertinent information that you might want to share or suggestions on project build.

Not yet sure of the platform, remington 700, CZ 527, Savage, or TC contender or encore. I am leaning more towards the bolt action so that I can have my accuracy gunsmith build it.

Suppressors, what kind and how much do these cost.

I've never done the paperwork for the tax stamp, so I'll need to do that in MD.

I've got Redding dies, have formed brass and reloaded for the cartridge, but only with 118 grain benchrest bullets and 130 grain hunting bullets.

I've done some research, read the posts here and am hoping to get the right suppressor for the job. Not sure how much this project will cost, I'll probably need to order a reamer for it as well as a barrel.
