The profile of these wrenches accomodates the small boss on the bottom of the Dan Coonan receivers. These

were designed to be used with either 3/4 or 1/2-inch breaker bars, plus they include two thru-holes for

attachment of a home-made handle, or for bolting to a work bench. Firmly fixed to a work bench, the

open-end wrench method may be used for barrel installation without the need for a large bench vise.

These wrenches have slots in the top half. It makes the fit of the wrench to the receiver more flexible

and universal.

They are made from high-carbon hot-rolled steel. Available only in the white. Purchasers will want

to add some type of protective finish: cold blue, paint, park, etc. I keep the cost down by not adding a

finish.
