jigs

The jig did fine takes little getting use to my concern was the front bend was not a good square and was little rounded but should work out OK . Most of my bends started with bending the back first and work it forward . Centering the flat took little time. Over all went good . motormitch

Sorry. I meant from QB's testing this last weekend.

I am hoping the Jigs will stay in rotation long enough that I get a chance to try one out.

Sorry again for the delays... I managed to get the new jig fixed up and I had to redrill all the holes as it was a real PITA to get the bolts in and out... burs, undersized holes, and just sloppy. I used the new jig to bend a flat and it came out great and I took a ton of photos that I want to get uploaded into an album so people can see how to bend in a way that will not dammage the jig.

The original jig is still waiting on me to get a free evening to bend a flat with it too... the jig looks like it will work fine but it is obvious that somebody really pressed the living piss out of it without the steel bar between the top of the jig and the press ram... This is the reason I am taking some time to get tons of photos so I can put instructions in with the jigs to try to save these jigs...

I am swamped at work and I am actually still working on work stuff now (yea it's 11:34 PM here) but the project is out of my hands by Friday so there is hope that I get a break before my next buisy spell...
