I would appreciate it if you can weld them back up.

The bars on the bottom are really only there to indicate that the jig are deep enough. There is no need to apply any pressure to that point and the receivers should be fine even if you don't actually hit them...

I think the first jig got bent when people over pressed the jig... it just isn't necessary to squash that....

There is a DVD I am shipping with the jig.. look at that first!

Then there are few threads here that should help some:

Remember, you just need to bend your flats and get the jig off to the next person for now... After your flats are bent, wipe them with oil and set them aside to do your builds later. I have about four or five unbuilt receivers from flats here at home from me just testing the jigs....

Will do, I dont think I cracked them, but it doesnt really matter how it got cracke I just dont want it to go back to you in disrepair, it looks like the rear one has been re-welded before, the front the welds just didnt hold. I can understand why the welds broke, even if you are not apply lots of pressure downward against them the jig does expand slightly when pressing, figure 150 presses is alot of flex on the welds, sooner or later the welds will stress crack. Add to that someone along the way getting a little crazy with the press and Wahlaaa! crackapoo!

I will get it welded tomorrow and ship it out on thurs.

I received the jig today. I looks like it's seen lot's of use, but overall in good shape. I hope to get my flats bent this weekend, if not I have the long weekend next week.
