Don't be ridiculous, UPS only uses brown helicopters. It's they're evil competitor FemaEx that uses the black ones...

This may be nothing but I am getting 20 thousandths worth of expanision on the jig when pressing. Should I be concerned?

20-thousandths .... Umm, how do you measure that.... this is an AK so I didn't think much other then headspace was measured with that much care....

LOL, are you saying that I am overly anal? How dare you! Actually I put a magnet mounted dial indicator to the base while I was pressing. I then too a OD of the jig before and after pressing.


I am sure it will work fine. I am just that crazy.

I am hoping to be done with it this sunday. Sorry for the wait but screws were a little tricky to find. I will post when done.

You sort paintballs by weight too? Might be fun to find out how consistant they are.....useless but fun.

Headspace +/- .25" should be fine, right? :-P

I knew I shoulda got matching number kits....

Thumbs up first bend

Bent the first flat today. After a lot of time I got it all the way down the jig only to find that I was off center. ( its a poor craftsman that blames his tools ) Darn tool so I am a poor craftsman. But we will do the other 4 Sat. afternoon. coaldogie
