The major issues people have are with extraction since the short case falls off the bolt face during extraction well before ejection, even up to around a inch before the case mouth gets to the ejection port.

I have a Rem 700 LTR clone in 300/221 made by the late Kurts Kustom in Florida (RIP) and that was built off a Rem 700 action and I have had good luck with that action but I have to be honest I have not shot it all that much either.

Mine with the 20-inch barrel does seem a bit long with the supressor mounted (I use a YHM 7.62 Phantom) and with the Whisper that extra barrel length sure was not needed. This is certainly a gun I would be interested in watching for, anybody know if these were released yet?
