If the center section is actually bent it may be garbage. You cant mill the base falt again because that would change the distance from the bottom of the receiver to the top rail bends. Send me some pics and I will tell you if I can fix it. As for steel, I planed on milling down what was needed anyway.

OK guys, the jig is going out today via UPS. The tracking number is as follows:

1z5716350345677839

This is going UPS ground so I would expect it to arrive late next week. Thanks again Quarterbore!

jig

received jig on 3-30, everything looks ok, i will tig weld the locator pins back in if there is no problems with me doing that. i will also replace the washers that go under the caphead screws, they are pretty messed up.

i will let you know just before i am done with it, to get next persons address.

did you get the drive screws yet ken?
