QB

I am done with the jig.... the jig worked for me as long as i drilled out the front locating hole on all of my flats and then centered the flat using dial calapers...end result I had 16 sucessful bends out of 17.....where do you want the jig to go now?

When you drilled them out, how much did you have top open the hole? Would it be easier to just remove the front alignment pin and measure from there?

I have sent you the name of the next peron on the list. I will be away for much of this next week and I may not have internet access... just in case someone requests an address and you don't get a reply for a few days!

Let me play!

After screwing up 2 flats trying to come up with a way to do this myself, I give up.

I would like to be on the list. I suppose I will be PMed by Admin for address to send my money to, and provide mine?

I'll be bending the remaining 8, so $20.00 + $1.50 + Shiping/Ins to next human. Hmmm... I wasted more goofing around with bad ideas... Haha!
