sharpening

My M7 from CheaperThanDirt has a very rough edge that my little Gerber twin porcelain V sharpener can't touch. I'm having to take it to a professional to put an edge on it that hopefully I can touch up. As a fobbit, if I have to use it, it'll only be once, so I want a nice sharp edge & point that'll go through a vest.
