With a 1:10 twist you might try your 150's out of it with just enough powder to get to to 1050 or so - that's under speed of sound but should be short enough bullet to stabilize and keep noise to a minimum - you could also try some of the 110 30 carbine bullets at 1050 fps.


I have a load with 110gr sierra HP that shoots good and at 1050fps if i can find a load at that speed these bullets should perform well on deer size game
