Not Ontario, Lan-Cay. They made a group of these and quietly released them on the commercial market. At the time they were still prohibited from selling the M9 commercially. They were made in OD, black and a small number of clear. I don't have my notes handy, but if I remember correctly the OD has versions with and without the sharpening stone while the black and clear were only made without the stone. The scabbards are marked with a large US just like the blades.
