I'm using a pri handle. Compared to the 9" sussressed I heard last weekend, its not an issue of expectation management, but one of mechanical consequence. I just need to figure out whats going on.

Just shot some today and got two 3/4" 10 shot...

Just shot some today and got two 3/4" 10 shot groups at 100y. 18.5gr of H110 got me an average of 2345fps. COL was 2.075. Upper as a factory Noveske 16". Cycled well and ran clean.

yea, I've looked over reloaders nest and didn't find it much usefull for short barreled AR's. I did find a few usefull posts for my 16" encore a few years back. The data there can be usefull though...

Interesting, your results are exactly opposite of what I typically get with sub loads of all calibers. I typically get a slower velocity on the cold bore, then higher on the subsequest shots.

did you ever borescope the barrel? Perhaps there's a burr somewhere, a warped barrel, or manufacturing mistake at the gas port. Your loads should all be working fine.
