You could use a 9mm can if you'll be shooting subs only. The YHM Cobra M2 comes apart and would work fine...

I've not tried the RCBS "whisper" dies. Typically RCBS dies will be my last choice. They make great, reloading "everything else" and support the shooting sports but, I don't like their dies.
