I've been using 300-221 dies from CH4D and they work great. We've loaded ammo to be used in Model 1 sales uppers, ssk's stuff and the rifles I've built using a chamber reamer from Dave Manson Reamers. No issues with inside or outside dimensions being off or headspace problems. The only problem I've had at all is with the trim die which is so short that it takes a special setup to fit it to the press. Thats the case with all the 300 trim dies though since the case is so short....
I've also heard good things about the Redding dies and use them for other stuff with good result. I have no complaints with any of my RCBS dies but haven't used the 300 set so no info there. I think you will do well whichever way you go, they are all quality tools.
