from my other post: Ok for an update for anyone interested in the outlaw bullets, this is the recipe that I worked up for the 240 outlaw I used 11.2 gr of 1680 with OAL at 2.130 it came in at 1060fps...

Don't get me wrong they are not on my wish list either, its just when clinton was in. I thought damn it can't get any worst that this, sucked it up bought the ITT mono, got into reloading my own...

I'm running a 16" model 1 upper with a gas block from TP555( I run it in the closed position alot, poor mans bolt gun I guess) the recipe I've been running for years is 11.2 gr of 1680 under a 220smk...

What was your recipe for the load on the 240 outlaw bullets, I'm usually using either 1680 or 4227,(I run only subsonics)I also have 296 but never got to it since the 1680 worked so well. Any info...

BWE I like the hoch mold(other than the price)...

BWE I like the hoch mold(other than the price) pretty much the only draw back is the nose pour eliminated any "tricks" you could do to the nose of the bullet but that is very minor at best still hits...

well I got another experiment to try

I'm going to try casting for my whisper, got a LBT mold fitted for my gun it shoots 210gr boat tail it will be shot strictly sub-sonics, if it all works well it will be better than trying to keep...
