Bridgeport wiring help

I finally got authorization from my local electrical service provider (PG&E) to increase the electric panel size for my home, so I'm temporarily hooking my old Bridgeport 2J into my home clothes dryer circuit via my cheap 1-3 phase converter.

When first turning the switch to my mill, I only got a hum from the motor.

Can anyone put names on the four color wires coming from my mill so I can re-connect for better success?
