Pre-Patent Buck 184

I'm trying to get an idea of the value of my Buck 184. I believe I bought it in 1984. It doesn't have the built in compass, and I've lost the original Silva compass that came with it. Only a few very faint scratches on the blade. It has been used, so it's not in new condition, but I would say it's in very good condition. It came with one pouch, and the sheath is also in good condition. The sharpening stone has not been used. It is a Pre-Patent knife. The blade is stamped BUCK 184 MADE IN USA. The knife is complete other than the compass. Any info you can provide on determining a value on this knife would be greatly appreciated.
