Upper here in the morning

Well I get my new upper and dies in the morning. Want to shoot sub load. Need help on what to load up for first rounds.

For my bolt action (18" barrel) my first loads were 8.5, then 8.0 grains of VV-N110 under a 240 SMK. The 8.5 load was right on. Start higher than you think you will need and work your way down. Depending on what powder you are using, it will probably be around 9 or 10 grains.

vv n110 and h110 is what i use under a 220 and 240 smk, 208 amaxes are nice i hear also
