Question Year of mfg of bridgeport Ser# 180795 (J head)

hi, i could use some help identifing my year of mfg. of model j 180795 bridgeport. i sent for a cd about the opperation,tooling,uses etc. bought a rotary phase conv. it's noisy but seems to work well. wish i had known about the variable freq. one before. i'm thinking of motorizing the knee crank,any pro or con?any suggestions will help. thanks j melfi
