Load data with these powders - anyone used them?

Hey, guys - just got my AR-15 .300-221 build done. It has a 16" barrel, 1:8 twist.

I'm looking for some good reloading data for some supersonic loads, just to get things running, loosened up, broken in, etc. before I start really tuning it up for supersonic and eventual subsonic stuff.

I have 125 grain Nosler ballistic tips and 147 grain FMJ bullets to use.

I also have a selection of the following powders to use:

2230 (lots)

Unique

748

Reloader 19, 15, 22

4064

Varget

BL(C)-2

Ramshot TAC

Would love to see if any of you all have some good recipes using those bullets and powders.

Thanks!

Grey,

All of these powders burn too slow to get optimum performance out of the 200-221. When I have tried to use slow burning powders (like Reloder 7), there was a lot of unburned powder left in the bore. The powders that you list are even slower then R7. I have found that the best powders for the 300-221 are W296, H110, IMR4227* A1680, and LilGun.

Here is a link to reloads that I have worked up.**

* IMR4227 is about the slowest powder that I would suggest,

**Most of the loads listed under "Not yet verified user loads" are mine. There are a few there that others have contributed as well.

So, what charge of AA 1680 do you think would be best for:

125 grain supersonic

147 grain FMJ supersonic

I think I've got some good powders for the subsonic stuff (or do I? - see list above) but it is the supersonic deer/hog loads with 125 and 147 grain bullets that I'm in need of new powder. Looks like the AA 1680 is nice, though the Lil'Gun looks good - I'm in an area that sees pretty large fluctuations in temperature and would like something stable for that.

Here was the load that I worked up:

10.5gr of AA #1680, 150gr Hornady FMJ, 1095fps-avg
All rounds ejected and cycled, but the bolt did not lock back after last round.

Sorry, forgot about the 125 supersonic, I don't remember the load off hand, but I think I got almost 2200fps with H110. With all rounds cycling in a M1S upper.
