Newby Needs Help with Suppressor

I have a 300 Whisper upper that I am about to order a suppressor for. My choices are a gemtech 30 cal can or a gemtech 9mm can. While it would be great to buy the 9mm can and use it on my pistols I wanted to see what the experts thought.

Thanks

I'm using 308 can so I can use sub and supersonic loads (AAC Cyclone)
but you can use 9mm can if you only shoot subsonic loads in your whisper.

So it depends upon you and your ammo selection/loads.

If the 9mm gemtech has a built in booster/lcd you will need to call gemtech to find out if it will work.

Dont use a can with a built in booster on a fixed barrel gun or you may
destroy your toy.
