M-9 ..but who made it and where???

I bought this M-9 and need some info on it. It looks different than any other M-9 that I have seen. It has a Bowie style blade and has BK00192 on one side of the blade and 12602 on the other. Green handle and scabbard. Any info would be helpful Thanks.

This is a Chinese (PRC) made bayonet. They also made one with a spear point.
