Baffle strike ?

If this has been previously address, pardon my redundenacy.
I am soon to receive a newly built 300 whisper on a Rem. action with a Gemtech can.
The barrel is a Lilja with a 1:8 twist.
Do I have any concerns with the feared "baffle strike" if I use any particular bullet?
I plan to shoot mostly 220 and 240 gr Sierra.

The reason for my question is that there is a specific warning with my 22 LR can as to using Aguila Super Sniper ammo- It is 69 gr 22 ammo- realllllly long lead bullet and the paperwork with the suppressor says DO NOT USE .

Anyone out there had a baffle strike?
What's the skinny?

Thanks
