302 Whisper???

I stumbled across this article on subsonic cartridges yesterday:

This 302 Whisper, based on the 7.62x51 (308) cartridge is intriguing. I'm wondering what advantage, if any, it would have over the 221 Fireball/223 Rem based cartridge. Does anyone out there know anything about it, or have any opinions? It might be interesting in a bolt gun.
