For the Model 8 it will be interesting to see how the 85gr NBT will perform on a coyote at 2400 impact velocity intead of 1000 faster like it was meant to be going.

I have only been loading the longer bullets (117 JSP, 112 cast) which have similar profiles and length. I have not loaded any 87 gr bullets since I tried some 85 gr half jackets years ago. The 1 in 7 twist of my Stevens spun the jackets right off. Then I realized the bullets were designed for 25-20 velocity.
