I pulled a trigger on a couple CZ's in the Long Action and I thought they were more than beefy enough and ridged Action.
Never owned one or even shoot one in a short action though. But for it going to be subsonic 30-221 only It will not be getting too much of a pounding. ..
I got two Rocks in .30 cal. .308 and .300wm. I am satisfied with those two barrels on my two field rifles for sure.
How much of a wait time did you have on yours ? Did you get Stainless or CM on it ?
I did get one of the rocks in stainless and that deep flute they offer. with 11.27 twist 5R. It's on my .300wm, and it's a nail-drivin sombitch with 190's @ 2900 fps.
I'm going to the expo gun show on Sun. afternoon to maybe catch somethng in Sako/tikka or a CZ Action with detatch Mag.
