What is your ebay user name? Is it "Keith_Davis"? If so, I think I can have ebay notify me when you put something up for sale.

I've been watching ebay, I keep seeing small lots (50rds) of 300 whisper for sale from several different sellers. I would rather purchase 1000 or so.

Thanks

Completely Satisfied

I ordered 500 pieces of brass from David "Keith" Davis last month.

I did a PayPal transaction so that he wouldn't have to wait for a check to clear (I do the same so that I don't get burned). I placed my order on a Friday and a week later I had my 500 pieces of brass sitting on my doorstep.

Mr. Davis is a stand up guy. For a man who only does this part time, I think he does a terrific job!!!

What will we do if someone on this forum should really piss him off and he decides to no longer produce 300 Fireball brass?????

My only regret is that I did not order 1000 pieces from him ..... I don't care if I would have to wait a month to receive my order ..... where else are you going to get good brass for a 300 Fireball!!!

As my first post I don't really want to be considered one of those piling on Mr Davis, but I would really like to know the status of my order from 4/13/07. I have sent him three emails (5/22/07, 6/13/07, and 6/19/07) over the last two months with zero response from him. I didn't even know of this thread when I ordered (although I got his info from a different post on this board) and he accepted my money via Paypal without a problem. We had a brief initial exchange and I thought everything was square and then.............<crickets>.

If anyone here has any suggestions please let me know. Otherwise the only recourse that I am going to have left is to post my experience anywhere I think might get his attention. If I have to wait another month with some guaranteed shipping date that is fine. I just want either my money back or my brass (the preferable option).

Thanks.

I'm in the very same boat. I sent him $300 bank check a couple months ago and I have gotten no responses from him to my emails. At this point I'd just like to know he got the money and I'm in line. I may send him a letter and see if that works.

I am updating the classifieds on the site here and in the future I am going to require all items sold on the site to be posted in the classifieds. The classifieds has a feedback system. The feedback schore WILL show in user's profile VERY SOON (perhaps before anybody reads this if I am lucky)

If you have had problems with keith davis, you are welcome to use the feedback system inside the new classifieds:

http://www.quarterbore.net/forums/vb...ser&userid=196

or the direct page here:

http://www.quarterbore.net/forums/vb...ack&userid=196

Please be sure about the feedback you are leaving as I will NOT be editing it later! If a person deserves BAD feedback then give it to them. If they deserve good feedback then please do the same!

Oh yea, the classifieds are FREE to use... I would like to get some feedback on the new system as I coded this myself and I spent way too many months of my life coding it!

Nothing new to report other tahn Mr. Davis is taking money for 300/221 cases and not delivering. I communicated by e-mail and by phone. He had the cases and would gladly sell them.

I sent my payment by PayPal right away. I've been waiting for over a month. He doesn't answer e-mails and when you call him your told they have been shipped. I filed a complaint with PayPay.

BEWARE. He says he follows the Golden Rule. Unfortunately I don't believe him.!!

I finished my transaction with him and now after it is over I can say he made things right and his excuses for being late were well understood. He was deployed to Iraq and hit an IED for one. He could very well have been deployed again as a consultant. You may have to wait, but I would not worry about his honesty for a second. He is a great guy and a wealth of information. If you are in a big hurry just buy a Dillon .300 Whisper case trimmer from CH Tool and Die like myself and others have posted about. One pull from .223 to .300 and then a second pull to do a full resize and deprime.
