Subsonic load & gas tube question

I need several loaded using 200 & 220 grain bthp to try out in two different 300 whisper/fireball AR's. I have one from model 1 sales and one from J&T distributing.

What powder should I use and how much?

They will be shot with a suppressor and without.

Where is a good place to get adjustable gas tubes or what is recommended if the gun won't function properly with subsonic ammo?

for the Adjustable Gas Tubes

http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/sto...LATED+GAS+TUBE

Adjust Gas Flow For Heavy Or Light Loads
Lets you adjust bolt speed to match individual loads. Dial down to slow bolt speed for softer recoil impulse or close completely for single shot operation. Reduces wear and battering of recoil system. Helps control secondary recoil movement so rifle stays on target for quicker follow-up shots.

SPECS: Stainless steel. Requires no modification to rifle.

741-000-001 Rifle Gas Tube $59.95

Thanks for the info. The only bad thing is they are out of the carbine gas tubes right now. I will try back in a week or two.

Where is a good place to get 220 grain 30 caliber bthp bullets at a good price? Midway USA has them for around $30 per 100.

Has anyone used IMR 4895 powder in their 300 whisper loads? Just wondered. That is the powder I use in 90% of my rifle loads and would be nice since I have a lot of it.
