Ran into to a deal on ebay today where a guy bought a car I had for sale on ebay and before I could send him an invoice he had two negative feedbacks from other members stating he wouldn't pay. I haven't received anything from him and his account has been deleted. That is just great because now I have to relist the item at my expence.

If you read ebays rules it states you are entering into a contract or agreement with the seller if you are the buyer. Ebay won't do anything to either party if one backs out. They refuse to and that is why I am having to pay to relist my item.

I wish I was closer to this guy I would pay him a little visit.

Quarter glad you caught it or was told about it before it was to late.
