He is extremely busy. If you are looking for a 300x221 barrel, it will be a long, long time before you get one. I waited 4 months (on a quoted 8 week lead time) before I canceled my order. I found someone selling one of his barrels, so that was good enough for me. He does excellent work, it just takes too long. He has also posted on AR15.com that he is going to spend more time at the lathe and less at the computer, so it could be days before he returns emails.
