seek a mill can cutting Stainless steel

I want buy a cheapest mill that should able to cut stainless steel No.321 (1Cr18Ni9Ti) , I am at a small electric fty,and we hope that we can also do those machnical job with the lowest cost of buy machine.

the work piece is not bigger than 7inch X 7inch, but it's stainless steel, i have no idea what kind of mill can do this job, btw , vertical mill is enough for this job.
