I took out the 220 Hornady RN which is a flat base bullet and the 200 grain Lapua subsonic bullet. Both using the 12 grain load for comparison.
The 220 RN sits well in the case due to the flat base. 12 grains is too much and I got a supersonic crack and it was about 5 inches flatter at 100.
The 200 Sub should be the go to bullet due to design but it made a very strange sound through the air and it doesn't have a good bearing surface to hold the bullet in the case. Once again 12 grains is too much and this bullet might just shine with 10 grains.
