The top 3 are without a doubt too slow for the 300. AA #7 might be too fast in a semi, not sure about 4759.

Shooting lead through a can is no problem. Just soak it in the "Dip" every once in a while. Dont soak aluminum cans in the dip though.

While SR4759 occupies a nearly-ideal spot on the burn-rate chart for use in the 300, one never sees it listed in loads. My guess is that it is unsuitable because it is a very bulky powder, therefore, you will run out of room in the case before you get worthwhile loads. It would be interesting to experiment with this powder to discredit or verify this theory of mine...
