Brand new unfired 300 whisper brass, Maybe??

Sent a drawing of Whisper brass to a new brass manufacturer, and talked at length on the phone this morning, getting quote for 10,000 pieces with a larger commitment, by mid next week. It will be so nice NOT wrestling full auto'ed Lake City in and out of my Lee auto prime. Hope to get a qoute with enough margin left to turn even a small profit ....I'll let you know

Sounds good.
Let's hope they are willing to make it a standard cartridge.

A little steep.....

Cost came in @ 40 cents each! seemed kinda steep ( as in no margin left for profit) so I havent said yes to any order. I figured for very near that cost I could reform new 222 Lapua...... What's everybody else think?

brass

at 40 cents your way over priced you can get 221 fire ball for 23 cents and run them through the forming die that comes with the hornaday set but davises brass that is cut down 223 works great at 18 cents and i dont feel so bad about loseing one or two at the range
