OK, so I ended up going to
guntrustlawyer.com and filled out the Form 1 according to their instructions. Much easier. I do have one question regarding the printing of a completed form. There are to be two copies of the form as I understand it. There are two pages that are filled out on the form; are page one and two printed on front and back, with two copies of that being made, or does page one get printed on both sides, and page 2 on both sides. I know, it seems like a dumb question, but I value the integrity of by bunghole, and there's no way I'm going to prison because of a paperwork filing error. Don't laugh; it's happened before...
I forgot to mention that this will be going under a trust as well. Are there any other forms, besides the Form 1 and my trust paperwork, that need to be filed?
