Turns out it is a Ta Shing lathe made in 1981. I am researching this now. Everything is tight, the ways are in great shape, made a nice finish cut with no variation in diameter. Crossfeed and thead cutting all function properly. What else should I look for in this brand lathe?

thanks

Mike

Cool

Look for a cheap price. I would still buy it if the price was right and it will do what you need to do with it...Bob
