There is no one chamber called Whisper. There are many. All of which will have more pressure than normal if you shoot 300 AAC BLACKOUT ammo in them. Some worse than others.

Shooting 300 AAC BLACKOUT in a Whisper chamber is a bit like shooting 5.56mm in a 223 chamber.

Also I got a stuck bullet in a 300 Fireball chamber. Point is - there are a lot of random chambers out there - which is why when we standardized it, we could not call it 300-221 or 300 Fireball. We had to start fresh.
