You would need the form 1 approved before starting a project like this and if I am not mistaken. Also you can only manufacture one tube for the serial number registered.

I don't think that they are the brightest bulbs in the bunch if testing a suppressor out for the first time with a 44 magnum (probably non subsonic load), without eye or hearing protection. Also, their design with electrical tape leaves a little to be desired if paying $200 for a tax stamp.

If some people's brains were dynamite, they wouldn't have enough to blow their nose.
