I like this concept but would think a 220-240 would be a better weight range. Looks like it would feed well from a mag too. IIRC it does not have a lube groove on purpose. I think it is moly coated rather than a wax lube to keep a can as clean as possible. Also, a gas check should not be needed for sub sonic loadings. The idea was to keep the bullets as cheap as possible.

The idea is sound but the thread is from January of 09. Looks like whoever started the project never completed it.
