225 gr Outlaw State Deer Kill

I have been watching a big doe and two fawns daily for a while. Yesterday I set on a dove stool across the gas line where they have been coming out at sunset. Right at sunset she came out about 50 yards away. When I spotted her she was looking straight at me. When she turned sideways to walk back in the woods I let her have it in the shoulder. 225 grain outlaw State bullet pushed by 10.5 gr of N110. Real quiet load Chronied at 1050 fps average. She fell down and plowed ahead pushing with her hind legs about 50 yards in the woods and stopped. The fawns scattered on the shot. I waited about ten minutes for her to bleed out. She was dead when I got to her. Fair amount of blood to trail. When I opened her up, her chest was full of blood. I missed the heart, (Shot to high), but the lungs were a mess. The bullet went completely through her. I took a picture of the exit hole.

I can't tell from the picture, does it look like the bullet expanded?

Expanded

Without finding the bullet, I can't say exactly how much. The carcass when skinned, both entry and exit sides showed huge amounts of hemoraging. The entrance hole was small but lots of hemoraging around it just under the skin.

The exit hole was larger than 30 caliber and gaping open instead of closing up as a puncture wound. Lungs were an awful mess.
