It's a Whisper round. The rifle hasn't been built yet but the reamer is for (I'm not sure about the nomenclature) 300/223 Whisper rather than 300/221 Whisper. If I understood correctly, this was to allow for the thicker neck of forming from .223 brass that won't require neck turning.

Anyway, can this be reloaded with the normal 300 Whisper dies?
