This is a WZ89 Onyks kit in 5.45x39.5 that was assembled with Polish Onyks and Tantal parts. The numbers are all matching and parts are in very good condition. The Onyks was produced in very limited numbers by Z.M. Lucznik in Radom for the Polish military and is the most rare version of the Krinkov. The Onyks is externally very similar to the Russian AK-74U and was originaly designed for vehicle crews and adopted by police and special operations. It has a barrel length of 8.15" and a factory redesigned muzzle device to allow grenade launching. It has a prototype WZ90 handguard with heat shield. I will get much more photos and the like after I get the kit... I was planning to cut down one of my Tantial kits to build a clone and even if this is just a clone it will save me a bunch of work but for the price I do hope that it is more then "just" a clone...
