The bayonet pictured is a Chinese import. They are made in both Taiwan and PRC. The Taiwanese ones are manufactured by a firm called Medrano International. I do not know the PRC company that makes them.

Thank you for the reply porterkids. That is what I suspected especially coming from Tapco as they do sell a bunch of knock offs. It just suprises me that they are asking pretty much the same amount as the places I see the Ontario Knife Company M-9'S selling for. I am just looking for a bayonet that is of a good quality to put on my AR for the "cool" factor. Not that I need one or would ever use it. Too bad I cannot use my Buckmaster 184 on there! Thanks for the info.

A Buck is stamped Buck.
I have been involved with LE since I can remember.
The commies cried when we got bayonet lugs back.
In 50 years I have never heard of a stop and rob being held up with a fixed bayonet.
I would love to hear that I am wrong. I could get some good mileage in the squad room. Or at least the pub.

I'm sure the one in the picture is made in PRC.

Here's the factory that makes them.....about $30 each, USD.

I believe the MOQ is 50 pcs.
