Need help ID-ing a part

Just new into woodworking and I bought an old lathe (don't know manufacturer). Im looking for the part in the picture. Does any know what that's called? It attaches to the spindle shaft.

Its a spindle adaptor to use a larger threaded chuck on your smaller threaded spindle...Bob
