krinkov clone???

I have a bulgy side folder kit in 5.45 and I wana either cut the barrel down or buy a short barrel and build a krink clone. Problem is I dont know where to find parts and im not totally sure what I need. Obviously I need a shorter barrel, gas tube, and piston. What else and where can I get it? Any thoughts? Anyone done this before? Seems like a way cheaper option than paying $1000.00 for a krink kit. I dont care if its not a "real krink" as long as it shoots and looks like one.
