I noticed the same bayonet too on ebay, and I'm glad you got it.
As for the scabbard I think it is a GOOD find too and, in my opinion, it adds value to the bayonet.
We were discussing, in an old post, the practice by the armorers to replace the old Buck/Phrobis webbing system (if broken) with a newer one from Lan-Cay.
I remember, also, Gary Cunningham posting a nice official document that was confirming this.
As you can see the scabbard of your bayonet still retain the male snap (from the "old" webbing system) and has the dolphin logo under the stone.
In conclusion the webbing system of your bayonet is a proof that it was actually issued to the troops and used in service.
Again, a very good purchase.
