Do a Google search for "seafire .223 bluedot"

He has done lots of subsonic load work and had great success using BlueDot pistol powder and the .223

I've used many of his loads and had decent success, although in my AR I have to cycle by hand but my bolt and single shot .223s are uber quiet using BlueDot though my can.
