Need dimensions for Atlas 6x18 lathe- 2-step pulleys

I would appreciate it if some one could please give me the outside diameters of the 2-step motor pulley and the 2-step countershaft pulley, for an Atlas
6x18 metal lathe.
That would be a total of 4 outside diameters, 2 for each pulley. I can figure all the other dimensions, from there.

I will have to make the 2-step motor pulley, and the pulley that it runs with, that is mounted on the counter shaft behind the lathe.

According to my parts book these pulleys appear to not be the same. The pulley that mounts on the motor appears to be a smaller dia. than the one that mounts on the counter shaft. I have no idea what the correct diameters are, but would like to get close to the original design, re speeds.
Thanks Al the Cudjoe Codger.
